Returns, Exchanges & Refund

TEA, TISANE and HERBAL INFUSION

We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh tea, packed in vacuum-sealed packs to ensure that the aroma, freshness, and flavor of the tea are retained for your enjoyment.

At PRANA WELLNESS, we believe that customer satisfaction is the key; therefore, we stand behind all products bought from our site. If there are any shortcomings from our end, we accept returns, refund & cancellations under the following circumstances:

If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us within 48 hours via email, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. Also, the product must be unopened & unused and returned along with the original packaging.

If you are delivered a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours via email, so that we can arrange for the product to be replaced or returned.

In case of returns due to damaged/defective products, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charges incurred by you for receiving and sending back the product. We can also replace the product at no extra cost, if you wish.

For returns and refunds, please provide us with proof if you receive a wrong or damaged product. You can do it by clicking a picture or unboxing a video and sending it to care@wellnesswithprana.com. No refund will be issued without proof.

 

 

GIFTING COLLECTION

PRANA WELLNESS endeavors to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We also value our customers and their requirements and we put our best efforts into enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

· Requested to go through all necessary T&C links before placing any order. Order once placed cannot be canceled and will be treated as a confirmed order

· As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in the right condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order or any other appropriate resolution from our side. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.

You will be asked to mail a good-quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to care@wellnesswithprana.com. (You can mail/WhatsApp the picture/Video in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.

· PRANA WELLNESS reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

The product should be returned in original packing including the Certificate, tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. without any damage or any kind of tampering, and should be well packed to avoid any damage in transit.

General

To return or exchange a defective or wrongfully delivered product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery:

· by telephone at +91 9810824070 between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM IST on business days except Saturdays, Sundays, or any Public Holidays

· by email at care@wellnesswithprana.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

 

Return process for any products takes 7-10 working days depending on the order category and subject to fulfillment of the clauses (for return) mentioned above.

REFUND POLICY

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each reject exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. Please also note that our products are all hand made and there could be slight variations from one product to another, which are part of the inherent nature of the product-making process, and these will not be considered as defects.


No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, and/or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be made within 10-15 business days. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Disclaimer: All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the duration and conditions as mentioned and PRANA WELLNESS shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, human injury, or loss including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws. All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Conditions Policy would prevail.
